What does it cost to be part of the program?

Why would someone pay $700 per month?
You can enter as a Field Agent from $25 per month. The $700 option is typically paid by Chief Coaches who hold the exclusive rights to use specific zip codes across their entire state for the Senior Living CPO program. In return for this investment, they gain the opportunity to coach agents throughout their state for one hour each week, helping agents maximize their listing opportunities in the Senior Living niche, or whichever niche they are Chief Coach of. This coaching role offers flexibility, allowing the coaches to work remotely as they continue to develop their leadership skills and impact agents' success across various regions. The funding partner pays them a percentage of 'their agents' deals. Am I in competition with other agents using the full market value cash offer programs?
Nope! Your zips are exclusive to you. However, it is 'use it or lose it' - you will have 30 days for example to visit the facilities, companies, builders etc when we provide you with a list for that niche, or you set your own. If you do not decide to go with a niche - for example 'senior living' - that niche will be opened up to other agents in your zip code. What fees are charged?
2/3 of sellers make more than with a traditional listing. This is because after we go in and spruce up the home, anything from a deep clean to a new roof and remodel, the home is usually worth more than the fees. The cashCPO team and funding partners upfront the money for the check at stage one (up to 70%) and then the sellers get another check when it sells.
The funding partner also offers to upfront money for any repairs or remodel discovered at the inspection stage; 3 choices here 1) agents can choose to help their seller with this which costs $0, or 2) the seller can use the funding partner's cash + help from realtor setting up the contractors for 10%, or 3) the funding partner's project managers will handle all of it for 20%.
All money due from the seller comes out at the closing, when the agent lists the home. An addendum is emailed to the agent to attach to their state offer once the property is entered for approval (at the GET CASH OFFER Button)
